Our contract is subject to these terms and conditions.
1.We will endeavour to ensure your departure from the airport within one hour of your arrival at our check in desk. However this may not happen if there are unforeseen circumstances caused by traffic delays or mechanical failure.
2.We will monitor flight delays and guarantee to carry you onwards in the event of a flight delay. If you have a flight delay of over 2hours, it would be helpful if you could call the emergency number that is provided with your booking confirmation, your driver will be waiting for you whatever time you arrive.
3.Changes to your transfer: once you have made your booking, should you receive a change to your flight number or timings or need to amend any aspect of your booking, please email us as soon as possible. It is essential that you receive written confirmation of the changes back from us as proof that the change was notified. All changes must be made at least 48rs prior to the transfer.
4.Luggage: a luggage allowance of one standard size bag or case per person and a collapsible pushchair for infants is permitted. Any additional luggage or oversized luggage or sports equipment must be pre-booked. Some items may incur a small surcharge payable in advance.
5.Please advise us if travelling with babies, infants must be included in the number of passengers so be sure to book the correct size vehicle for your party. i.e. a family of 2 adults, 2 children and a baby must book a transfer for 5 persons.
6.Should you experience difficulties after landing at Palma airport (eg lost luggage) and you are going to be delayed in making contact with our driver, please call the emergency number provided on your booking confirmation or send one member of your party to the desk immediately.
7.Lost luggage during transfer: Should you leave an item on the transfer vehicle we will do our best to help you trace your item but we cannot be held responsible for items that are not recovered. Any costs involved in returning an item to you will be charged to you.
